Act 209 of 1965

AN ACT to authorize the state board of education to accept federal funds for the conduct of research, surveys and demonstrations in the field of education and to strengthen and improve educational policy and educational opportunities in elementary and secondary education.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 388.1031State board of education; acceptance and expenditure of federal funds; rules and regulations to improve educational policy.
Section 388.1032Construction of act; payment of funds.
Section 388.1033Annual reports to legislature.
