Act 205 of 1931

AN ACT to require the teaching of civics and political science in high schools, county normals and colleges, to prohibit the granting of diplomas, and degrees to students not successfully completing said courses, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 388.371Repealed. 1976, Act 451, Imd. Eff. Jan. 13, 1977.
Section 388.372Civics, political science, government or public administration courses; prerequisite for diploma or degree.
Section 388.373Repealed. 1976, Act 451, Imd. Eff. Jan. 13, 1977.
