Act 16 of 1942 (1st Ex. Sess.)

AN ACT to designate the superintendent of public instruction as the state agency to apply to and receive from the federal government, or any agency thereof, grants in aid of the public schools of this state and educational activities in this state; and to provide for the disbursement thereof.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 388.801Federal grants to schools; superintendent of public instruction, sole agent to administer and receive.
Section 388.802Superintendent of public instruction; powers and duties.
Section 388.803Deposit and disbursement of funds received.
Section 388.804Other acts inapplicable to educational grants.
Section 388.805Grants for vocational education and rehabilitation.
