Act 153 of 1966

AN ACT to authorize the state board of education to accept federal funds under the provisions of the television broadcasting facilities act of 1962, and under Title VII of the national defense education act of 1958, as amended; to make an appropriation and to provide for the expenditure of such funds.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 388.1041State board of education; acceptance and expenditure of federal funds for educational television.
Section 388.1042Construction of act; payment of funds.
Section 388.1043Advisory committee for development of educational television system; appointment.
Section 388.1044Feasibility study; appropriation.
Section 388.1045Feasibility study; report; expenditure of funds.
