EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR CERTAIN SCHOOL DISTRICTS (EXCERPT)

388.818 Reorganization of school district certified as not able to balance budget; recommendation.

Sec. 8.

If, upon application for an emergency loan, a board certifies that the school district will not be able to balance its budget, the school district shall be reorganized by the state board following recommendation by the state committee.
