Act 12 of 1947 35.929 Application for payment; wilful falsification, penalty. Sec. 9. Any person who shall wilfully make a false statement in the application for benefits under the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a felony, and upon conviction thereof may be punished by confinement in southern Michigan prison for a period of not less than 1 year or more than 3 years.
