Act 174 of 1931 35.274 Articles of association; certified copy admissible as evidence. Sec. 4. A copy of the record of such articles of association under the seal of the state, duly certified by the secretary of state, shall be received as prima facie evidence in all courts of this state of the existence and due organization of such corporation.
