Act 15 of 1889 35.224 Articles of association; certified copy as evidence. Sec. 4. A copy of the record of such articles of association, under the seal of the state, duly certified by the secretary of state, shall be received as prima facie evidence in all courts of this state of the existence and due organization of such corporation.
