Act 39 of 1994 35.1094 Annual report. Sec. 4. An agency or department in section 3 shall prepare and submit to the standing committee of each house of the legislature that has responsibility for military affairs an annual written report separately identifying each of the following: (a) Each of the employment services or job training services or programs provided by that agency or department to veterans. (b) The procedures employed by that agency or department to ensure compliance with this act.
