PURPLE HEART RECOGNITION ACT (EXCERPT)

35.1064 "Veterans memorial park" defined.

Sec. 4.

As used in this act, "veterans memorial park" means the 2.5-acre parcel of land established and legally described in section 5a of 1988 PA 234, MCL 35.1055a.
