Act 299 of 1980 339.517 Consideration of petition; alternative form of testing; personal interview. Sec. 517. In considering a petition submitted under section 515 for an occupation regulated under articles 8 to 25, the department and the appropriate board may administer an alternative form of testing to the petitioner, or conduct a personal interview with the petitioner, or both.
