Act 733 of 2002 338.3545 Lost or destroyed license or registration. Sec. 35. If a license or registration is lost or destroyed, a new license or registration shall be issued without examination, upon payment of a $20.00 fee and a written statement made by the licensee or registrant that the license or registration has been lost or destroyed.
