Act 368 of 1978 333.2841 Death registration; required; place of death. Sec. 2841. Death registration is required for each individual who dies in this state. If the place of death is unknown, but the body is found in this state, the death registration shall show this fact and shall be completed and filed in accordance with this section and section 2842. The place where the body is found shall be shown as the place of death.
