Act 193 of 1996 333.1059 Petition for review of order. Sec. 9. If a person interested in the welfare of the declarant has reason to believe that an order has been executed contrary to the wishes of the declarant, the person may petition the probate court to have the order and the conditions of its execution reviewed.
