AGREEMENTS FOR DISPOSITION OF DEAD HUMAN BODIES

Act 70 of 1954

AN ACT relative to agreements providing for the final disposition of a dead human body; and to prescribe penalties for violations of the provisions of this act.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
