322.524 Applicability of act.

Sec. 1.

Be it enacted by the senate and house of representatives of the state of Michigan, That the provisions of an act entitled "An act to authorize the governor to issue patents in certain cases," approved April 28th, 1846, shall be, and the same are hereby made applicable to all certificates of sale lawfully issued by the superintendent of public instruction, prior to the establishment of the state land office, and patents shall be issued therefor, and upon the assignments thereof, in the same manner, on the same condition, under the same restrictions, and with the like effect as in the several cases contemplated by the provisions of said act.
