RECORDING DEEDS TO STATE AND OTHER EVIDENCES OF TITLE (EXCERPT)
Act 12 of 1843

322.126 New locations of state lands; record and plat.

Sec. 6.

All new locations of state lands, for any purpose, shall be immediately entered of record and platted as aforesaid.
