INTERSTATE CORRECTIONS COMPACT

Act 92 of 1994

AN ACT to allow the state of Michigan to enter into a compact with any other state of the United States for the purpose of allowing inmates who are sentenced in a state that is a party to the compact to be confined in another state that is a party to the compact.
