ISLE ROYALE NATIONAL PARK

Act 8 of 1939

AN ACT to cede jurisdiction over the Isle Royale National Park including any submerged lands within four and one-half miles of the shore line of Isle Royale and immediately surrounding islands to the United States, to convey title to the submerged lands to the United States, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
