MIDWEST INTERSTATE PASSENGER RAIL COMPACT

Act 173 of 2006

AN ACT to enter into the midwest interstate passenger rail compact to promote intergovernmental coordination aimed at development and promotion of intercity passenger rail transportation; to promote long-range planning for high-speed rail passenger service in the midwest; to describe the powers and duties of certain commissions; and to provide for ratification and a method of termination.
