| AN ACT to enter into the midwest interstate passenger rail compact to promote intergovernmental coordination aimed at development and promotion of intercity passenger rail transportation; to promote long-range planning for high-speed rail passenger service in the midwest; to describe the powers and duties of certain commissions; and to provide for ratification and a method of termination.
