WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 283 of 1964


290.621 State director of weights and measures; concurrent enforcement powers.

Sec. 21.

The director shall have concurrent authority to enforce the provisions of this act in counties and cities for which sealers of weights and measures have been appointed as provided for in this act.
