HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRANSPORTATION ACT

Act 138 of 1998

AN ACT to regulate the transportation of certain hazardous materials; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state agencies and officials; and to prescribe penalties and provide remedies.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
