Act 69 of 1968 29.391 Exemption of firemen from carrying certain papers. Sec. 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any fireman while responding to or returning from a fire alarm or while actually engaged in fighting a fire shall be exempt from carrying on his person any certificate, license or any paper or writing required by law to be on his person or presented upon demand of a peace officer.
