287.532 Refusal, revocation, or suspension of license; hearing.

Sec. 12.

The director may revoke or suspend the license of, or refuse to license an applicant, upon a finding supported by evidence that the licensee or applicant violated this act or a rule promulgated under this act. A license shall not be refused, suspended, or revoked until the licensee or applicant is given an opportunity to appear for a hearing.
