REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF DOGS (EXCERPT)

287.303 Identification certificate; issuance to owner.

Sec. 3.

Upon the registration or assignment of title the commissioner of agriculture shall issue to the owner of such dog an identification certificate.
