Act 308 of 1976 ***** 287.251 THIS SECTION IS SUBJECT TO CONDITIONAL EXPIRATION: See 287.258 ***** 287.251 Definitions. Sec. 1. As used in this act: (a) "Department" means the department of natural resources. (b) "Director" means the director of the department of natural resources. (c) "Livestock" means cattle, swine, sheep, goats, or poultry located in this state. (d) "Person" means an individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or other legal entity.
