Act 262 of 2006 ***** 28.194.new THIS NEW SECTION IS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2006 ***** 28.194.new Information to be provided to federal department. Sec. 4. The department shall provide information obtained under this act to the United States department of justice or an entity designated by the United States department of justice for receiving that information, in the manner required by the United States department of justice or that entity, for the purpose of obtaining federal funds.
