Act 23 of 1950 (Ex. Sess.) 259.439 Structure; definition. Sec. 9. The term "structure", when used in this act means any object constructed or installed by man, including, but without limitation, buildings, towers, smoke stacks and overhead transmission lines, but not including highways and their appurtenances.
