Act 327 of 1945 259.28 Commissioners of aeronautics; appointment, qualifications. Sec. 28. Qualifications of commissioners. Those of the members of the commission who shall be appointed by the governor shall be selected with due regard to their fitness and by reason of their aeronautical knowledge and practical experience in the field of aeronautics.
