Act 300 of 1949 257.79e "Wholesaler" defined. Sec. 79e. "Wholesaler" means a person who is engaged in the business of selling used vehicles to or purchasing used vehicles from a licensed motor vehicle dealer and who does not sell or offer for sale motor vehicles of any classification to a person other than a licensed motor vehicle dealer.
