Act 300 of 1949 257.78a "Used vehicle parts dealer" or "used or secondhand vehicle parts dealer" defined. Sec. 78a. "Used vehicle parts dealer" or "used or secondhand vehicle parts dealer" means a person engaged in the business of buying or otherwise dealing in vehicles for the purpose of dismantling the vehicles to sell used parts and remaining scrap metal or a person engaged in the business of buying, acquiring, selling, or otherwise dealing in salvageable parts.
