Act 300 of 1949 257.67b "Temporary disability" defined. Sec. 67b. "Temporary disability" means a physical characteristic categorized as a disability that significantly limits ambulation or necessitates the use of a wheelchair for mobility, or blindness, for which there is a present medical expectation that the disability will improve.
