Act 300 of 1949 257.4c "Buy back vehicle" defined. Sec. 4c. "Buy back vehicle" means a motor vehicle reacquired by a manufacturer as the result of an arbitration proceeding, pursuant to a customer satisfaction policy adopted by the manufacturer, or under 1986 PA 87, MCL 257.1401 to 257.1410, or a similar law of another state.
