Act 300 of 1949 257.320c Issuance of license after suspension or revocation; examination; qualifications; exception. Sec. 320c. Before a license is issued to a person whose license has been suspended or revoked, the person may be examined in a manner prescribed by the secretary of state and shall be required to meet all of the qualifications prescribed in section 309. An examination shall not be required if the license has been suspended pursuant to section 321a.
