2006 Michigan Compiled Laws - Mich. Comp. Laws § 257.320c Issuance of license after suspension or revocation; examination; qualifications; exception.

Sec. 320c.

Before a license is issued to a person whose license has been suspended or revoked, the person may be examined in a manner prescribed by the secretary of state and shall be required to meet all of the qualifications prescribed in section 309. An examination shall not be required if the license has been suspended pursuant to section 321a.

This amendatory act shall not be construed to affect any prosecution pending or initiated before the effective date of this amendatory act, or initiated after the effective date of this amendatory act for an offense committed before that effective date."
