Act 300 of 1949 257.217h Liability of motor vehicle manufacturer. Sec. 217h. A motor vehicle manufacturer shall not be liable for any claims or causes of action arising with respect to a vehicle for which a salvage, rebuilt, or scrap certificate of title has been issued.
