Act 300 of 1949 257.17b "Fund-raising registration plate" and "state-sponsored goal" defined. Sec. 17b. "Fund-raising registration plate" means a registration plate that contains a design or logo representing a symbol for a Michigan university or state-sponsored goal and is issued by the secretary of state to raise funds for the respective Michigan university or state-sponsored goal. As used in this section, "state-sponsored goal" means the purpose for which a state-sponsored fund-raising registration plate is authorized under section 811e.
