Act 99 of 1954 254.230 Bonds; negotiable instruments. Sec. 10. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this act or any recitals in any bonds issued under the provisions of this act, all such bonds shall be deemed to be negotiable instruments under the laws of this state.
