Act 206 of 1893 211.147 Oath of office; compensation and expenses. Sec. 147. The members of the board, the secretary, and the chief clerk shall take and subscribe the constitutional oath of office to be filed with the secretary of state. The compensation of the board and the schedule for reimbursement of expenses shall be established annually by the legislature.
