Act 116 of 1954 168.762 Absent voters' ballots; procedure when no application. Sec. 762. If from any precinct the said township, village or city clerk shall not receive any application for absent voter ballots, he shall deliver the packages of absent voter ballots intact to the chairman or some member of the board of inspectors of election of said precinct before the opening of the polls on election day.
