Act 116 of 1954 168.710 Proposed constitutional amendment or question; proof copies of ballots, filing, public inspection. Sec. 710. The county board of election commissioners shall place on file at the office of the county clerk, at least 15 days prior to any election, proof copy of the official ballot containing the names of candidates for public office to be voted for at such election, and such proof copies shall be open for public inspection.
