Act 116 of 1954 168.426j Municipal court judges; terms of office. Sec. 426j. With the exception of the terms of the judges elected in 1966 to terms specified in categories C and B, the terms of office for judges of municipal courts of record shall be 6 years, commencing at noon on January 1 next following election and shall continue until successors shall have been elected and qualified.
