Act 116 of 1954 168.266 County road commissioner; resignation, notice. Sec. 266. Any person duly elected to the office of county road commissioner of any county who desires to resign shall file a written notice containing the effective date of such resignation with the chairman of the board of county supervisors and a copy with the county clerk.
