Act 380 of 1965 16.532 Michigan crippled children commission; transfer. Sec. 432. The Michigan crippled children commission created under Act No. 158 of the Public Acts of 1937, as amended, being sections 722.201 to 722.244 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is transferred by a type II transfer to the department of public health.
