Act 94 of 1933 141.136 Immediate necessity. Sec. 36. This act, being necessary for and to secure the public health, safety, convenience and welfare of the counties, cities, incorporated villages, townships, school districts, port districts, and metropolitan districts of the state of Michigan, shall be given immediate effect.
