Act 168 of 1959


125.333 Inconsistent acts.

Sec. 13.

Insofar as the provisions of this act are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this act shall be controlling except that this act shall not supersede Act No. 240 of the Public Acts of 1937, as amended, being sections 338.551 to 338.576 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, as to work required to be performed by registered architects, professional engineers or land surveyors. This act shall not preclude the creation or continuance of a township planning commission created pursuant to Act No. 285 of the Public Acts of 1931, as amended, being sections 125.31 to 125.45 of the Compiled Laws of 1948.
