Act 168 of 1959 125.332 Approval of plats. Sec. 12. The township board shall refer plats or other matters relating to land development to the planning commission before final action thereon by the township board and may request the planning commission to recommend regulations governing the subdivision of land. The recommendations may provide for the procedures of submittal, including recommendations for submitting a preliminary subdivision design, the standards of design and the physical improvements that may be required.
