Act 96 of 1987 125.2323 Mobile home dealer; accounts and other records. Sec. 23. A licensed mobile home dealer shall make and keep accounts, and other records as the commission prescribes by rule. The records required shall be preserved for 3 years unless the commission otherwise prescribes by rule for particular types of records. If the information contained in a record filed with the commission is or becomes inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect, the licensee promptly shall file a correcting amendment.
