Act 171 of 1981 125.1859 Annual report. Sec. 9. The department shall annually report to the legislature on the use of the fund. The report shall include the following: (a) A list and description of approved projects. (b) The number of jobs created by approved projects. (c) Other accomplishments of the fund. (d) The department's recommendations on the continuation or cessation of the fund as well as other recommendations for changes in the fund.
