Act 450 of 1980 125.1823 Development plan; notice of findings and recommendations. Sec. 23. Within 20 days after the public hearing on a development or tax increment financing plan, the council, if established, shall notify the governing body, in writing, of its findings and recommendations concerning a proposed development plan.
