Act 70 of 1955 123.653 Exhibition areas; operation and maintenance. Sec. 3. The legislative body of the city may provide by ordinance or resolution for the operation and maintenance of any such exhibition area by a board, commission or other agency of the city in manner to be specified in such ordinance or resolution.
